That's highly confusing, though.

I. If Q2 is marked as Yes, but only input field... and:

1. Credit card logos appear when entering preamble of 4100 or 6011
   • You may safely mark that it accepts Visa and/or Discover (This is the expected outcome.)
2. Credit card logos do not appear when entering preamble of 4100 or 6011
   • You have no way of determining if they accept Visa and/or Discover
     • You have marked that payment options are present, but cannot determine which when you MUST answer yes or no to Visa and Discover

II. For clarity, the options for Q2 are reproduced below (numbering added for additional clarity and easy reference):

1. No
2. Yes, Credit card logos were immediately visible at Shopping Cart/Checkout screen
   
3. Yes, Card Brand names (Discover, etc.) are only shown in Drop Down menu on Shopping Cart/Checkout
   
4. Yes, but only input field to type credit card number in Shopping Cart/Checkout with no credit card logos or names shown
   
5. Yes (other)

If the logos appear as defined in I(1), then they were not immediately visible; that is, you had to enter the preamble in order to see the brand. This appears to violate the rule provided in II(2). II(5) does seem to work here as it is the most open-ended and, thus, provides no direct conflict. II(4) can be arguable. The reason for this is the similar language used earlier in the HIT, as follows: "Note: During checkout process if you only see an input field to type in credit card numbers with no logos shown attempt to type the [preamble]..." II(4) taken as a standalone statement can indicate to the Worker that logos or names must never be shown. Coupled with the previous information regarding logos not being shown, it can be come slightly more ambiguous.
