    It was a different requester name last month, but I'm pretty sure it's the same HIT, and it takes at least an hour (plus there were technical difficulties getting the tests to show up)

    Yeah the fields asked for URL's, but they said to put 'none' if there wasn't one available. What were you putting, www.none.com? I put that basically. They said they'd approve all the ones I submitted though. Also the first field said Name but also required a URL.
