I am exactly the same way. And I get so embarassed and angry that I'm crying and it makes it worse to the point I'm sobbing. I hope everything goes well in your meeting. I've found that it's mildly helpful to have the bullet points written down and a short example of what I want to say. Even though it mostly comes out as gurgling and snuffling but I can always slide the list to them. I'm being totally serious about this, I did that once.




I'm trying my best not to cry right now as I'm incredibly frustrated and angry about something happening irl and it's so not working...
