inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth is supposed to be relaxing, but when my anxiety is bad enough that i need to focus on my breathing, the last thing i'm able to do is remember how to breathe.

I know that feeling all too well. I'm such a pushover when I'm objectively getting the raw end of a deal and have never really been in a situation/relationship where I felt like I had a voice. I wish I had any advice, but list making and silently suffering is usually where I go with it, haha. I'm sure as long as you stay objective to what's going on, you'll be heard and taken seriously.

What year? I'm looking at a 2012 that I would use for basic programming(running eclipse/IDE) and doing homework in the browser, along with some minor MTURKing while on the couch.
