i got a fever and the only prescription is C-SATTYS!

 

Sometimes I type my age too quickly and enter "337" but luckily I catch it and fix my mistake.

 

I thought about HD but I'm pretty sure I love too far from them for them to be any help in regards to sending/recommending anyone. The small town struggle is real

The leak isn't like a pipe leak though, the shower surround is leaking in one of the corners (I managed to figure that part out myself lol), so I just need someone to make sure that it didn't do much damage from that. And honestly really what I need is someone to remove the current shower, check everything, and put up whatever sheetrock/flooring materials it needs. The tiling I'm not afraid to do myself.

I'm honestly really glad I wasn't the only one thinking that post wasn't in the best taste. I felt like I might be overreacting because reasons, but it was a little upsetting to pop in and see.

 

I would post up in the Facebook market place and see if anyone has any recommendations for someone they have already used. Husband uses that and craigslist to get construction gigs between studio work. Also get someone to give you estimates so you know about what you should be spending and check out a few people to compare.

Did I come too late to be blamed for something again????? Damn my timing sucks these days

 

I couldn't remember if I shared it on here on just on Twitter lol but-

I ordered a snowblower online at Lowes (HD didn't have it in stock. I had a bad XP with Lowe's pickup before). ANYWAY
Ordered it, it came in a week later at the store (yay free shipping). The day I get the notification that it's ready for pickup, I go to get it. Head to customer service, couple of employees working there. Give them my confirmation, etc etc. "Okay, no problem, we'll go get it".

As I'm standing there, other customers come in with pickups. Then SEVEN employees come standing in the service center area with thumbs up their asses, texting on their phones and only one person helping the growing crowd of people waiting for pickups.

There is now about 5-6 other customers standing around waiting for their shit. I was asked about 4 times (from the employees on their phones) what I was waiting for. SNOWBLOWER. "Oh okay, it will be out"

45 FUCKING MINUTES LATER they finally found it. "We couldn't find it lol ty for waiting patiently." I know I looked pissed off. Manager came up and apologized and she was the reason they even found the damn snowblower to begin with.

And before people defend customer service, etc. I know, I worked retail dealing with tons of interesting people. But I wasn't on my phone ignoring customers.

 

Got a nice little $3.09 on the Samuel Gershman HIT. Nice.
