    Most of the time I'd like to, but then you run into

    "View is sometimes not optimal."
    Well, was there at least one frame when the camera was being repositioned that the action of the surgeon wasn't optimally framed? Sorry pal, go back to training on that weird cyber balloon until you learn to make real world surgery more perfect than a simulation.
