So yesterday was one of my most frustrating days in a while, and i'm gonna complain here because I have nowhere else to complain and I like complaining.

We got a new TV and tv stand/shelves on Thursday, and in exchange for hauling it to our house/using her discount card on it (she works at walmart), we gave my mom our old TV and stand ( a nice black glass mount stand and a 55'' tv that only had minor slightly annoying things wrong with it).

On a side note, look at my pretty living room!

Anyway, she she's getting this tv and stand BASICALLY for free, yea? But yesterday she's BLOWING UP my phone Grinching because we don't have the screws anymore to attach the base to the tv (we've had the damn thing for like 4 years and mounted it immediately so idfk where the screws went). Her entire problem was that she wanted to put it in her room for now, until they get a new tv for her bedroom in like two or three weeks, and they want o use the stand they have in their room (WHICH, I tried to tell her, probably isn't even big enough anyway), and THEN in a couple of weeks she will move it out to the living room and put it on the stand I gave her. And this was just a HUGE deal that we didn't have these damn screws that she would only need for a couple of weeks anyway. Literally she almost said she wasn't going to take it just because of this.

Like, holy fuck my dudes, can't anyone be grateful about anything?

 

Ugh, home again. Thought I was going to be able to go back to work today after surgery but I think one of my sutures is infected. Guess I'll be turking of one 15.4" Macbook Pro screen.
