I shower in the morning because it helps wake me up and warms up my sore joints. I hear you about the hair taking forever to dry though. Mine is thick and kinda medium/long so it is usually still wet where the ponytail holder goes until half way through the day.

I kind of accidentally turned all of last week into my "birthday day off" -- whoops!

Time to get serious again.

 

Why must I insist on watching This Is Us, as though this time will be the one time it doesn't make me cry.

Poor kid got shit for grandparents. There's my mom, and I don't have a dad. Then Chris's mom is very sickly and lives in a nursing home, and unable to talk from having multiple strokes. Her ex, the father of Chris's siblings (but not him), was her "Grandpa" until semi recently when he's become a shit show and we have nothing to do with him. And Chris has nothing to do with his bio dad, and never has. Sooo she's lacking in the anything-but-parents department really

 

I made that mistake for the last two episodes... Rough.

 

I work IT and my ticketing system is down. This would be a great time for some batches.

 

DUDE I thought I was the only one that gets greasy hair in the morning if I wash it too close to bed. It confused tf out of me.

So I have to make sure to shower at least a couple hours before bed so it's dry enough. But I have super greasy hair anyway and if it goes past like a day and a half I look like I don't even know what a shower is.
