I am watching this 2017 Death Note and it is bullshit compared to the anime and even to the earlier movies.

I liked the Final Fantasy movies... though many would not consider that 'Anime'

I actually did read it. I collected manga like crazy until around age 22, I had so many...

I can't remember the name right now but there was a horror manga I read some time ago about this creature humans genetically engineered to replace beef, and they break out and eat everyone it's great

(I like horror)

 

Junji Ito is usually my go-to for horror because I don't read much manga.

 

What what it is worth outside of the clearly pandering shows anime isn't really different from any other form of medium. By that I mean that there is plenty of stuff that pretty much anyone would enjoy just like most people like pixar's stuff ect.

 

Didn't that get a bad adaption this season?

I wouldn't know, because Junji Ito is an author. I know Gyo got adapted and I think Tomie and Uzumaki too.
