02/20 - Truly Tuesday!

One of these things is not like the other.

 

I'm a hardcore Pony person. I havent missed a single issue or mini series and the earlier stuff is mostly signed.......you probably meant DC Bombshells tho :^)

 

Funny story. I had never even seen or heard of cicadas before I moved here. I went on a motorcycle trip out of state for a month or so when I first came here and I got back at like 2 am.. When I was walking up to open the door I heard a loud ass screech and saw that giant ass bug right in front of my face on the screen. Scared the crap out of me.

I also saw a stick bug as big as my forearm on that same day a couple hours earlier at a gas station. I was walking out after paying for gas and saw a what I thought was an actual stick on the ground start walking away. I was so confused about it that I flagged a stranger down to show them and they just looked at me like I was a moron. The rest of the ride home all I could think about was if those things flew or not and how much it would hurt getting hit by one on my motorcycle doing 65. Then the cicada thing. What a day that was.

 

Honestly sometimes I forget you're like the (fake) owner of this place and piss people off and ban people and that yes, there are some unhinged people on the internet which makes you more of a target.

 

Well this morning sucked but the afternoon has been a lot better.

I'm decently sure stinkbugs are not that big. Right? Right guys? They're only like an inch at most and I refuse to believe otherwise. Only bug I really 100% truly despise are American cockroaches, though. Fuck those things. I once woke up at 3 AM to one crawling up the inside of my pants leg.

Oh, I misread stick and stinkbug. What the heck, stick bugs are harmless, dude. Stinkbugs are a legit pest, though.

Some nerd who doesn't think stickbugs are cool as heck.

 

I mean.. maybe harmless to you if you're in a car with a steel and glass shield around, but if you're on a motorcycle you might be surprised how much a bug can hurt when you're flying down the highway.
