Ever since I got those DNA tests back I'm nervous. Don't people sometimes suddenly become lactose intolerant?

 

yes you can develop an allergy at any time but you can also lose one. I was lactose intolerant my entire childhood out grew it sometime in my teens

 

Cheeses are often not included in a lot of lactose issues because the bacteria eat the lactose or something like that.
