Been seeing some of those lately.

 

I was 16 when I tried to snowboard. I learned to ski like around 8, and went every so often while we lived in italy. Then when I was 16ish my parents took us on a trip, and I wanted to do the 'cooler' sport.

I didn't make it up the lift a single time that trip (It was the crotch drag type lift not sitting idk the names)

I fell down a hill last week.

no, I didn't slide. I FELL. I tripped in my skates and just found myself bombing down a giant dirt hill thinking this is the day I die.

Was out doing it again the next day.

Omg @CheshireKitty I feel your fundraising pain. The jump rope for heart thing just began yesterday I think and one little girl at my son's school has already raised $590! Thankfully he hasn't become too jazzed about it yet.
