Update on the Moviepass email I got telling me to stop sharing my account:

I finally got to talk with someone at the 855 number thanks to reading some posts on reddit saying to press 1 instead of 2 at the prompts. Got a call back and the lady told me to change my password to secure my account. I explained again that I have been using 2 phones cause my main phone has been having problems for almost 2 months and I just mailed it off for repair/replacement today. Once she understood all that she said she put a note on my account not to close it for multiple device usage and why I was and will be using it on 2 phones until I get a working primary one. She said if my card gets blocked or I have other issues to call and tell them to read the notes on my account and ask them to fix it.

Hopefully my account is safe now.
