    I think the sodium is worse on their tomato based ones? The fruit/veggie ones don't really have much salt. The sodium in my tomato juice is 30% dv compared to 3 and 4% in my two v8s in the fridge.

    I'm also basically a human salt lick as it is (I excrete it as one of my many delightful side effects).
