    Most Apple juice and OJ has added sugar bro. That's not the conversation at hand. And there is a solid diff between the things I juice in my kitchen and putting weird processed crap like coke in my gullet.

    I really meant it when I said I had no desire to talk about this shit though. It's just insane to even compare drinking tomato juice without any added sugar to a coke. The nutritional contents are highly different. I'm not gonna sit and drink a gallon of sugared up apple juice from the store and call that ok either. I know all about the damn glycemic index, I have to take my blood sugar a ton otherwise I pass out from low sugar. I live by the nutritional content of what I eat to a narrow margin. I had a damn service dog because of this.

    I honestly don't give a shit anymore though, and I'm gonna sign off the forum before I get my ass banned.
