Whenever I slow roast a chicken for soups and whatever, I find myself silently sitting in the kitchen, eating the skin with Bearnie...and pretending that nobody else wants it.

 

Had a friend who made a chicken fried steak... with chicken skin on the steak. He used some gastronomy experiment "food glue" stuff (it's normal, some dextrose something or other) and "glued" the chicken skin on the steak and fried it. I could slap him that he did it after he moved halfway across the country from me. LOL
