Yeah I tried on my phone. Wifi and data. If I can make it to the delivery page, it's still either blank or no drop-down option for the method. Going to get an iPhone 8 Plus to replace my iPhone 6S. When I was talking to the support, he apologized for taking a bit longer to reply since he just experienced a system issue or w/e, so maybe it's just some back-end issues. I'll try later and see if it's still like that before going.
