I have to change the band to a stainless steel (i think) one on everyone I get. The regular band irritates my skin. I had the one that they recalled a few years ago and they gave me a full refund. Great customer service.

 

for what its worth, I have an ionic because my SO bought it for me, but I had the Charge HR and that was fine. Erica can't sleep with any of them on I have no problems with any of them. I really like the message and notification functionality of it these days.
