I think that any ambiguity in any situation is totally unacceptable; if the goal if these tasks is to train a machine to accurately judge and present images should it be trained to present what people think it should display, or should it only display literal matches even if this isn't the intended behavior? Without a paper or at least a few paragraphs describing the end goal of the task it's too difficult to provide accurate feedback as a respondent.

Does a person shining a flashlight, while off camera, but clearly being operated by a human qualify as an action? I would assume it must be categorized as "does not contain a human."
