I was diagnosed with epilepsy back in August (after my second full-blown seizure) but not the sort induced by lights. That was an odd experience -- waking up in an ambulance and not even knowing month it was.

Sneezing causes near blackout levels of pain. I can walk miles at a time, but sneezing is my breaking point apparently. Do I...clench my ass when I sneeze?

 

In my time Amazon has never intervened between worker/Requester for a mass rejection. Frankly, they're pretty rare & more often than not when the dust settles I've felt the same way about them as I do suspensions but ofc individual anecdotes/mileage will vary.

I've read stories of an instance where the Requester rejected everything for hundreds of workers & AMT stepped in to fix it all, but that's like stories of dragons & swords in stone nowadays. And, unless I'm mistaken, the Req was mostly cooperative in saying they forked up.

I missed my Turkerhub anniversary by 3 days. I can't believe it's been a year. There's been so much growth in a year. I remember starting out thinking if I could work all day and make 30 bucks a day for 5 days, my income would quadruple. And I did just that. Reddit tried to convince me that it was a long-shot. One random post convinced me of the possibilities and I took the chance and joined TH. And the people here helped me along the way little by little and now I make at least twice as much with less than half the effort (when I'm not being lazy lol). I don't think I could have made it this far without this forum and the people here. I'm so grateful to have found you all. I hope you all don't stop being your awesome selves.

I was around for one instance of that happening (crowdtask). Thinking back on it now, it was indeed like a glorious dragon descending from the sky, never to be seen again. We're also talking about hundreds of thousands of rejections, like somewhere between 800k and 1million I believe. That was a huge ass batch
