I honestly don't know. I remember someone posted a screenshot of their earnings as "proof" and they were pretty much treated like a witch showing blood magic there lol. I took the chance that they were genuine and it was possible for me as well. And it was more than possible. Now it's normal.

Yupp, that's the story I've parsed back through some of the threads for.

But again, IIRC, they knew they had fucked up w/ some sort of rejection algorithm so.. still not sure if AMT would intervene just b/c the workers didn't like it.

OTOH.. Nuking a large % of the platform might have been enough to get them involved either way. The world will hopefully never know

Kada's thread is the one that did it for me. I've never seen a group of people so deadset on proving something as "fake" so I knew right away there was no reason to spend anymore time there lol.

 

I didn't say I'd take it as my own or anything lol. But I'll help where I can. I'm a bit slow though. I'm usually working on my own shit more often than not.

If Amazon does that, I assure you that is a brand new practice. Mass rejections were nothing unusual unfortunately. Either in full or as part of a majority rules approach, but Amazon was not intervening. They have put in more parameters to prevent scamming more, but not sure what those are or if they've worked well. There doesn't seem to be as many scammer requesters in the last couple of years, but hard to tell since maybe I'm just not seeing those that are doing those HITs.
