Also my approach to project design:

 

based on previous TO ratings, requester is from the university of texas. i'll ask for IRB information, see if that helps

 

Ignore it or send them an email to see if it can get reversed, a nice email. The means ones don't usually result in any reversal. Not sure of the amount of time it took to complete, but if the rejection doesn't matter to your numbers, I'd just send a message and leave it at that. If it's an academic requester, you can copy their IRB on the message you send to the requester - only if that's a nice message, again, just to make them aware, it's the quickest way to get a result. But outside of that, gotta learn to live with a rejection here or there if it doesn't hurt your numbers, isn't high paying, or didn't take a ton of time to complete.
