I feel like the answer must be either yes or some newbie is running it and messing up big time. Someone even added the wrong qual initially.

I just assume my worried batch is going to completely reject for no reason whatsoever any day now. Rejections don't bother me because I don't take it personally -- if I screwed up, I screwed up. But if it's a mass reject or someone doesn't pay for the stuff I did right after I took a chance on a new requester who can't be bothered to check data or setting a loss budget ahead of time, karma will eventually bite that person on the ass.
