    Even though the church definitely has the money, good luck collecting. Sort of like how RA has yet to steal borrow that Centurion card off Jeffy's nightstand.

    My schools never observed today as a holiday. I don't think the government in the US does either.

    I think people just tend to request time off in front and in back of holidays whether they are federally observed or not

    Huh. I never observed it. I thought it was Catholic, and I'm an atheist now, so I take off different holidays than other people.
