    No, anything technical w/ amazon is a black hole. Their support department is designed around customer service, and its fantastic for that.. but tech stuff? Turn it off & back on again or die :flail:

    My account has had long breaks and low activity in it's history, much longer than 3 months. I still got Masters when they were handed out so I wouldn't worry about that part of it.

    I hope you don't get to this point, but The Tech Dept had to help me a few months ago. When that 2fa went bonkers on me sending 30 texts at once and all that, eventually leading to a lockout of my account after the 3rd time that happened. Tech is who resolved it. Service was so confused, tech was like, yeah, it'll be fixed in 24 hours, don't worry. It was fixed in under 8. I was impressed as it was a weekend. Never had any contact with them other than that.
