I don't ding them on camera stuff like that. If the camera isn't pointing where they're working or is bumping into stuff, then I think that's negative. I'm never going to knock someone for pulling out...

 

Yes, I only go down one for that. I don't fail for that unless it's egregious, which has happened where it was like 3-5 minutes of the surgery room. It's also one of the times I write sometimes if it's in contrast to the rest of what was there. I never give exact times, more like "during the 7th and 8th minute, camera was out of focus and that affected robotic control score."
