Ah. I've bought some of that before. I just can't agree with the price of it dry.

 

Despite the joking tone, that was also an earnest apology. Had the roles been switched, it could have easily been seen as inappropriate, which 100% makes it so (especially if you don't really know that person and how they feel about that sort of thing).

That said, people who do know me could totally make those kinds of comments and I wouldn't be offended.
