Yeah they aren't worth it for people that don't have much taxes but complex ones I bet that you would miss enough stuff to at least break even.

 

And then you can write off whatever you pay to the CPA.

You're filling out schedules though, right? That is itemizing. Taxes that take 4 days are not the EZ version. Either way, giving it to the CPA, you'd have no trouble with getting the write off included. Trust me when I say, they will tell you how to deduct it, they want you to return next year, and you're more willing to when you can write it off.
