Nuts, I got one of those stupid "here's the survey code but it's on a button so you can't copy/paste". As I was clicking submit I looked back and realized one of the digits was wrong (in a ten digit code!). I've emailed the requester with the correct code, so hopefully I can avoid a rejection.
