    Thanks for reaching out!
    HITs are automatically evaluated directly after you submit it. So when they didn't get rejected, you will get paid. I heard about the pending payments from other Turkers as well and will check out if I can speed it up somehow.

    Surgery just halted for like 3+ minutes now. Do I just grade on the parts I saw? They took the camera out for a couple minutes, now its back in and nothing is happening. Just about 4 minutes now of nothing going on

    Put a note that you're only grading the parts that were actual surgery since a bunch of it was just a camera pointed at nothing. It should be the text box.
