    I only step up and down while I'm reading for my job, watching c-sats, etc and then I take a break every 20 minutes and do a song's worth of steps up and down so I don't turn into a lazy jelly blob:emoji_joy: It's just easier to make myself do it with a handy little step under my desk. No excuses!

    I was gonna buy a new step off amazon and it was like 40 bucks for a decent one and I'm just not about that life.

    Matt even put little silicone pieces on the bottom so it doesn't slide around. He's a peach.
