Definitely email them. In the future, my approach is to always submit first with my MTurk ID when time is expiring, and send an email later with the completion code and my MTurk ID. Some seasoned requesters know what they are doing, they'll set up a dummy hit and pay you that way without issue. Others struggle with it because they haven't paid you before, so it's hard to just send a bonus to you without even one approved HIT from them. I try to make it easy for them to just approve it and it's worked out well.

 

My Dr's office has wifi. Got a tablet or laptop you can take with you so it's not a complete loss? I've worked in the waiting room before when I'm tight on a deadline.
