    "Thank you for taking the time to write. I am sorry to hear you feel your work has been rejected unjustly. I appreciate you take the time to write. If you send me the SurveyCode you received at the end of the survey (which you entered in Mechanical Turk) I would gladly review your case individually. This code is needed to identify your response data within the survey data set.

    I would like to assure you that the initial check of rejection criteria was done very carefully. Nobody should be rejected based on a single accidental attention check. Most rejected cases were inspected individually to ensure that this was done correctly. Benchmarks for rejection were evaluated with 'the benefit of the doubt'.

    The correct rejection/approval of HITs is very important to me. I strongly belief that workers should get fair pay, for fair work. Similarly, data used for academic purposes should be of good quality. It is important that data that is of insufficient quality is rejected, as it would otherwise undermine the quality of scientific work.

    There is no benefit to me to reject cases. It takes a lot of work to check data, and the rejection of data means the data is not used at all.

    Please, if you would like me to review your specific case again, reply to me with your SurveyCode so that I am able to check your data. If you have been rejected by mistake this will be reverted and your work will be accepted.
