I have like 0 energy right now. I'm half asleep. Send help!

I have a desk set up for walking (and a sweet teal stool that I use) and I keep a quick pace when I'm hiking/walking the dogs. I walk both the dogs every day and try to spend at least 15 minutes of every hour I'm working walking at my desk! I also drag out my step and force myself to do it when I'm watching tv. I very badly tap dance and I'm horrendous at step aerobics so that helps too cause spastic steps are still steps! My average steps have gone up just from getting in better shape as well, cause I move much faster than I did 6 months back.

I'm usually exhausted tho, I just push thru! I have a friend who works more than me and has 2 kids, and he's ahead of me by 7k steps this week. ARGH!! We have a buddy system tho, and it's definitely helpful.

We normally don't go this hard, but decided we wanted to have a 200k week and I'll be damned if only one of us crosses the finish line! I'm training for a 27-30 mile day hike so I feel guilty if I slack too much in a week.

 

WTF is this crap, paying $10 for round 2? It was $0 for us lol
