Description: Thank you for previously completing a survey as part of the Stress, Anxiety, and Mood Study (SAMS), a study about mental health being conducted by researchers from Boston University and supported by the National Institute of Mental Health (K01MH106710). You are now being asked to complete a series of shorter follow-up surveys. The follow-up survey includes questionnaires that assess current thoughts, moods, behaviors, and stress. The survey should take roughly 1.5 hours to complete. At the end of each survey, you will be given a unique code that can be entered in the HIT listing to receive $15 automatically deposited into your Amazon Payment account (within 3 days of completing the survey). In order to be eligible for payment, you must complete the follow-up survey within two weeks of receiving the email from our study team. Your participation is still voluntary and your information will continue to be confidential. This study has been reviewed and received ethics clearance through a Boston University research ethics committee.
