The same thing happened to me. I tried to finish it so I could review it and warn everybody. I spent far too long trying to finish it and it never ended! I even stopped and emailed them as I knew something had to be wrong - it started asking my to rate my academic institution. Then I read this happened to someone else and they restarted it and it ended after the original survey.
