    VRAPI apartments and condos are all 100% impossible right? I mean, unless the listing says "Hi, I'm Doug Sanderson, you'll be renting my personal apartment, which is 301 in the building, and by the way here's my address and the parcel number too, just in case you're trying to hunt me down to see if I'm trying to dodge taxes"

    Don't list to the birbs and stay away from those evil ski condos...
    If it's a condo or apartment complex that's only got one address, then it's probably doable. I don't worry much about hunting the unit numbers for bonus $$$ unless they pretty much just tell me that unit number.

    Yeah, but how would you ever give the evidence? Unless you somehow divine specifically the apartment or condo number, and also are lucky enough to get a zillow listing with the same furniture?

    Well, here's a google maps photo of what might be the building, but since they didn't include any photos outside the apartment, or they included a photograph of more than one residential building in the listing, who knows?
