ugh have to buy a new router. My roommate got a really shitty one with 1 antenna like 5 years ago. But even so man, my internet speed is brutal. I gotta get to the bottom of this to maximize turking. Keep having to chip away at that super PC fund. XD

 

The firefox users are looking forward to seeing that update this xmas season.

 

It is insane how long it is taking. Chrome gets weekly updates + hotfixes. Firefox will get quarterly updates that is 3 months behind Chrome.

well the way its set up hes connected to it and I am not going to fight him on that. I got a new router, am getting a longer cord, he agreed to move it to a more centralized location and if need be I will pay to raise it to the maximum we can have w stupid charter of 100mbps, right now I am also going from like 12mbps to 20, to 30, but he has a really shitty old router in a corner on the other side of the apartment. XD

 

Even the shittest router should be able to push out 100mbps over ethernet but wifi even on decent routers often does much worse.

Being far from a shitty router that you are connected to through wifi will be a bad time though
