Mturk is just a side gig for the vast majority of people, mothers with newborns should be grateful that they're scraping pennies at $4/hr, it's a god send for them, after all. Clearly the only type of people who work on mturk are those who don't necessarily need the money to pay bills and household expenses and only treat it as supplemental income, which somehow means that doing more work for less pay is okay because they don't need the money.
