    Uhhh, Puerto Rican Tequila is 100% a thing and delicious AF. And really, just because hispanic dishes originate in one country does not mean it's solely part of that one country either. You have a dozen versions of rice and beans, and all are equally part of their country and culture.

    Yeah, I love the visceral nature of his writing, but seeing it actually "come alive" on screen is the most terrifying part. The Shining is hands down my favorite anything ever, both adaptations and the book because they're all unique in their own respects. I haven't braved the sequel yet though. And outside of horror, the book and series 11/22/63 both made me bawl equally.

    Also, regarding adaptions we don't talk about: the ending of the Mist compared to the book. Ouchies.
