All of a sudden I heard Easter music out of my headphones on the desk.- Easter bonnet or some shit.

 

I am now saying antennae over and over in my head and trying to remember how I normally say it. x__x;

 

My MIL has such a thick southern Missouri accent that she calls her son Kyle what sounds like "cow" almost. I affectionately call him "cow pie".

 

i've been called Ukrainian I don't even know how. my voice is very nasal and I don't know if I've an identifiable Latin accent of any kind XD

I didn't realize that a Texas twang was an actual thing until I moved to East Texas. In West Texas we just have a really soft draw. That twang is infectious though. By time I moved away my soft draw was gone. I think I've finally gotten rid of it after decade away.

 

I moved out to Wyoming and New Mexico when I was younger...you'da thought I was from another planet they way they acted when they heard me speak.

 

Did you live in Northern New Mexico?

 

I did. I lived in Raton. I'm back home in Kentucky now.

 

I didn't have my first real Bless your heart until I lived in Cali. The spirit of the south was truly within me in that moment. It was like I was possessed by every southern belle thru time and space. I was one with my decade in the south.

And then I went right back to my normal yankee Grinch self, but for a few sugary moments, I ascended.

Matt is VERY adamant about his dislike of southern accents and the fact that my northern girl prose is a big pro for him.

Damn, that's way north. Southern New Mexico is just an extension of West Texas with more trees. Once you get to ABQ, the state kinda changes.
