07/13 - Friday the Thirteenth!

I eat healthy for the most part ...the problem is I forget to eat a proper meal till like oh like right now as i am about to make sketti haha..... I make a rando sammich here and there or have fruit during the day but not nearly what i should be eating in a day.

Oh I didn't tell y'all I only messaged CT ....long story short the other day this dude did a bunch of work and got screwed by some dude so I said "anything you need?" he said "yeah man a cold beer after this BS" so anyways I say sure hold up and I went to the store and grabbed a 12pack and it felt so odd and like sort of gross like I didn't even want to touch it. I now know I fully beat that shit and have 0 desire for it



The funny part of the story is the cashier was about to beat my ass cuz she thought it was for me and I was falling off the wagon
