@SAJ just saw your post of the naked guy on a bike on a freeway in san jose. that freeway exit is home of the biggest homeless camp in the city. one side of the freeway has land owned by the city, the other the valley transit authority. once a month they switch sides of the freeway because the city or VTA starts cleaning up their camp. it doesn't surprise me at all that a dude butt ass naked is riding his bike there.
