Guy next to matt in the ER was so high that he thought he was being deported and the only solution was hurling himself in traffic. Cause...stuff and thsings.

Luckily, he only broke his arm and was like...bruised head to toe. But then freaks out and decides this is an ICE detention center. FREAKS OUT.

Dude was not an immigrant folks. Dude grew up here. He was just that high and, subsequently, extremely confused when the drugs wore off enough that he wanted to know why he was restrained in a hospital. The nurses were unamused.
