Was doing an in-mturk HIT and I accidentally hit enter on the keyboard and it autosubmitted it. I emailed requester and they said "nothing we can do." I asked for them to email it and/or make a dummy HIT that I can take for 0.00. I will be getting a rejection. Obviously justified as I did not complete the survey, but just surprised that it submits like that with one click of enter!
