Hey guys- late to Turk again- that requester said they reversed the rejection yesterday, but it still shows as rejected. Doesn't that take effect within a few minutes?

I know I had directions for reversing in a Word doc and they were fairly easy. But, I can't find that now. All I find is the url from Amazon to reverse. But, I swear somebody wrote them down in a simple form cause I know I sent that to someone a year or so ago. I have looked everywhere- here, MTG, my computer, but can't find it- driving me crazy.
