today is sitting on my face and not in the fun way....

 

I received this as well. Removed the extension, tried to accept and received the same error I have been getting. I have worked for them for years with not a single rejection on 600+ studies. Never used a VPN and never lied about any info. I am simply baffled. My wife is getting the error as well and she just started with them and never even installed the extension.
