    I can't remember anything about Java either. Static void main...? uhh... where do the brackets go?

    That's most comp sci programs. There's also a lot of math concepts they teach you so you could work a lot of areas that self taught web devs wouldn't be able to handle. All that matrix algebra pays off in any engineering job.
