Did anybody besides me and StuffAlleySays get blocked by Noah yesterday?

I had a bunch of trouble running his RTS hits as they were freezing and booting me out half the time, but I liked doing them when they worked.

Don't know why I'm taking this so personally, I'm supposed to be a stoic.

There is no such thing as 'soft blocked'

If the hit says you should be qualed for you but you aren't that means you are blocked.

There isn't a difference.

nothing, a block is a block. there used to be a rumor that a "hard" block was a demerit and you got an email about it and it went on your permanent record and blah blah blah, and a "soft" block wasn't detrimental and you didn't get an email. there's no such thing, a block is a block.

the only time a block isn't a block is when it's a qual block, and that's the only way to tell. does the hit have quals you don't have (or do have, like c-sats has a qual called "block" or something) -- then you're qual'ed out on the requester level. if you're technically qualified for the hit, and the panda turns purple or you get the "requester has blah blah that you don't have", then it's a block.

 

If you can accept the hit you aren't blocked.

1. soft-block by him in his app. third-party app like heroku. if he hates your work he did this.
2. hard-block

 

the word 'block' just lost all meaning to me after typing it that many times in one post.


i couldn't find a blocker save in the 20 seconds i put into this search so this is good enough
