She said it went well. She had another interview today with a different company that pays significantly less. We're hoping she gets the other job. She feels pretty sure that she is going to get this one though.

He's smart enough to open the freezer and check for snacks. He's just not smart enough to check non-snack looking boxes.

He's an engineer. Those types are usually only brilliant in one area. Anything other than that they are either average or stupid.

Hey, I'll have you know that I've only left my keys or wallet somewhere like 4 times this year.

 

I mean, we went to a World Series not too long ago and still found a way to botch it. Winning doesn't mean shit when you're the mets, cause you will undoubtedly find a way to blow it at some point anyway.

Cause, that's just how it goes bro. I got excited a couple years ago and then died inside again. I'm fine. My taste in sports teams is amazing.

The key is to leave something that distracts him if he starts to get suspicious. Popsicles, some ice cream he will want but just not my precious ice cream, etc. Then he can't even focus on being suspicious about the lack of special Bird ice cream.

And he's obviously not dumb. Why would he think I'm hiding ice cream in other boxes of things? I even put texas toast at the end of the box, so he would have to open it and then take the bread out to find my stash.
